The first thing I noticed was less water around my face and waist. Mood also felt more stable once E2 came back under control. The interesting part was gym performance. When estrogen was too high I felt soft and heavy, but when it went too low in the past I felt flat and weak. This time I watched the middle ground instead of chasing a super dry look. Bloodwork made much more sense than guessing from the mirror.
Pharmacom is already a familiar name to me so I was more interested in how consistent the tablets felt than how the box looked. The response was predictable and that is what I want from something like exemestane. With an AI I care more about repeatable effect and bloods than pumps or strength.
This is where people can get stupid with AIs. Too much estrogen control can feel worse than high estrogen. Dry joints, lower libido, flat mood and weaker pumps are the signs I personally watch for. I did not get anything serious here because I was paying attention instead of trying to completely crush E2.
EXOS was one of those products I kept around but never wanted to use just for the sake of looking drier. Too many guys crush their E2 and then wonder why their joints feel bad and libido disappears. I only brought this in when estrogen signs were actually becoming noticeable. Once things settled down I felt much more balanced again. For me an AI should fix a problem, not become part of the cycle just because it is sitting in the drawer.
One thing I learned over time is that dryer does not always mean better. If E2 gets pushed too low the gym can actually feel worse even if the mirror looks a little tighter. EXOS did what I needed when estrogen was actually high. I would judge this kind of product with symptoms plus bloodwork, not by trying to feel some dramatic effect after one tablet.
I like to switch between aromasin and arimidex, I use arimidex while on cycle and aromasin while cruising. Currently cruising and dosing their aromasin at 6.25 mg on Monday and Friday and feel great on it. Definitely give Pharmacom my stamp of approval when it comes to their quality.
