The erection effect started very fast, basically within hours. The prostate/urination help started after several days. I was actually surprised because I expected 5mg to be needed for that, but even 2.5mg daily worked well for me.

My overall experience is very nice. I mainly started using this product before going to gym so I could get a nicer pump and it it just doing that even after 1 or 2 days I can still get the same effects as I am taking it before the gym.
