i usually take half the pill for pwo and it works very very well, super hard aswell literally

Highly effective I decided to take only 5mg daily because 10mg daily caused me nose bleeds
Pills are easy to split, perform as Intended
Side effects were 0 when taking 5mg daily. But taking 10mg for special occasions causes nose bleeding. I didn't take 20mg because said sides would be worse for me
10/10 felt it at 5mg daily with more blood flow at 10mg (Pumps sometimes were awful on the lower back)

+ 1The effectiveness, for its “intended purpose” has been extremely consistent. Improved erection quality and a noticeable increase in confidence, and the wifey has been happy because I stay hard after completion to get her a little extra.
I’ve also noticed improvements in the gym. Pumps are fuller, vascularity is more pronounced, and endurance during training seems enhanced.
The tablets appear accurately dosed and have performed exactly as expected every time.
Side effects have been minimal I’ve noticed some mild nasal congestion but with the time of year it’s hard to say wether it’s from this or light allergy guess I’ll know more when the pollen disappears.
I’ve been using Para Pharma Cialis 20mg tablets, split into a daily 10mg dose, and the results have been excellent.
All in all solid products from PP as usual they leave minimal concern for dosage or effectiveness. I have the utmost trust in all of there products.

This product is always top notch
I tried taking 20 mg one day and got a runny nose and a headache other than that no side effects
I used 5 mg a day for blood pressure and then I would use 10 mg pre-workout or fun time with the lady work perfect

Works within thirty minutes of ingesting. I mainly use it for BP control-ish, pre workout and if needed, take a whole tab when about to get some action.
I think everyone knows Para Pharma is a top notch source. As far as this product is concerned, their reputation is solid.

This is probably the best non prescription Cialis(tadalafil) that I have used so far, I have a prescription of it and this works just as well as my script does. This stuff works great at 5mg a day to keep my BP in check around 130/85 from 150/100. And when I need it for in the bedroom this stuff keeps it up for hours if you take a full pill.
Para pharma has great credibility in the community and almost everyone who has used them has had good things to say about their products and this is no exception. Their testing is all available on their website and their stuff is usually on point or overdosed. This has been an extremely credible company and I will continue to try more of their products.
If you take too much daily it will give you terrible migraines. I figured out that the hard way. I tried to increase my dose to 10mg daily and I couldn't figure out why I was having such terrible migraines until I went to the ER and they were like yeah it relaxes the blood vessels too much in the brain which can cause severe migraines. Ever since returning to my 5mg dose I have had no problem what so ever. And that is a tadalafil problem not a Para problem. And when I do need a full pill for a night of fun I am fully confident that one will get the job done.
Great manufacturer, everything from Para Pharma has been great quality and their 20mg Cialis is no exception. I take 5 mg daily for my BP and an extra half to full one when I need it for a long night, and let me tell you this stuff will get and keep you hard as a brick.
Nothing but great things to say about this product and Para. Definitely will continue to use and try all of their products.
