It really helps, but it needs to be combined with a diet and a low body fat percentage, because on other occasions it hasn't worked very well for me; I felt agitated and sweated profusely. I never exceeded the dose of 1 unit.
I got the product from a trusted dealer, and it shows in the presentation and packaging, plus it has a fast effect when taken sublingually.
I used the product for an average of 30 days, no more; the cycle was 2 days on, 2 days off. It worked very well for me; I had no negative effects. It must be due to the dosage, I suppose.
The Astralean product is very good because of its 40 mcg concentration. It worked very well for me the first time I took it. I wanted to do a pyramid cycle, but 2 days on, 2 days off worked better for me.
