Within just four days of taking 50 milligrams a day my body changed completely in the mirror. The weights at the gym felt like paper and my chest and arms looked massive and full all day long. Breaking my old personal records week after week felt unreal because this compound works much faster than any other oral pill.

Never run this strong compound for more than four weeks because your liver and blood pressure will suffer a lot. Take it like a secret weapon only when you want to smash your old strength numbers and always keep a lot of water and liver support ready by your bed.

Pharmaqo anadrol is very effective for muscle fullness and strength in the gym. Whether used as a preworkout or daily the effects are unmistakeable. Strength shoots up and I look like I’ve gained 5lbs of muscle. In terms of effects, Pharmaqos anadrol is one of my favorite orals.

In terms of liver impact, I ran the anadrol at 50mg/day and used 1200mg nac and 1000mg tudca a day as well as 10g glycine, and my liver enzymes were not elevated in the slightest. I saw no signs of kidney dysfunction such as proteinuria, creatinine rise, bun rise, or change in cystatin c. My lipids were impacted, mostly hdl as I keep my ldl very low with Pitavastatin, ezetemibe, and Bempedoic acid. Most noticeable side effects were blood pressure increase and headaches in the gym as well as flushing. Didn’t get any estrogenic sides besides a bit of water retention. Overall though, I don’t think the side effects were too bad and would say this is one of the more mild orals I ran but bit worse than anavar, tbol, and dbol.

The effects of Pharmaqos anadrol are on par with other well tested anadrol that I’ve tried. The pumps in the gym are great. The strength increases are noticeable. And, at 50mg a day, after a few weeks muscle fullness is drastically improved. Overall, it’s a great product, however suffers from the usual anadrol sides such as high bp and headaches.
Very high. Strength increases were noticeable within the first 7–10 days, with rapid scale weight gain and improved gym performance. Works exceptionally well as a short kickstart to a longer injectable cycle. Even at moderate doses, results are pronounced.
High. This does exactly what it’s known for—no fluff, no mystery. If appetite, training, and recovery are in place, it delivers. Results are consistent with expected outcomes for oxymetholone.
No PIP as an oral, but side effects are the limiting factor:
• Blood pressure elevation
• Appetite suppression (dose-dependent)
• Headaches and lethargy at higher doses
• Lipid impact is noticeable
• Liver stress is real, even on short runs
Side effects were manageable when dose and duration were kept conservative, but this compound punishes excess quickly.
Pharmaqo’s Anadrol is one of the most powerful oral AAS available, but it’s also one of the most unforgiving. When used correctly and for a short duration, it delivers rapid strength increases and noticeable size. That said, the side-effect profile is real and escalates quickly if dosing or duration is pushed. This is not a beginner compound and not something I’d run casually.
Best used at 25–50 mg/day for 3–4 weeks max (I used 25mg). More is not better with Anadrol—returns diminish while health costs rise. Not ideal for recomp or long-term use. This compound shines in short, intentional phases focused on strength or mass, not aesthetics or health optimization.

+ 1Exactly as intended.used at the beginning of my cycle to give me a boost in strength and weight. I used 50mg per day which hits the spot for me.
Used this brand many times with great results and this Product was exactly the same .
Put on quite a lot of water weight . I knew this wouldn’t be long term and is an expected side effect so wasn’t any issue.
Took these Oxys for 6 weeks and within 3 saw noticeable effects .

Very credible.
Gynecomastia, blood pressure, headaches.
I felt effects from the first day at 50mg. My strength increased day by day and my weight too. But I had to stop my cycle after only a few days because it caused me gynecomastia which grew visibly while I had never had a problem before with all the other molecules I tried in my life. I am disgusted because the sensations and the strength in training were incredible, the weight gain too because it increased every day on my scale...
Too bad my old body didn't take it well...

I never really get sides except oral gives me issues with my intestinal track

I used oral and it was good but this is defenitely next level.
i really like so far, If I run into any sides weeks down the road as I do with orals I will update. I don't see that being an issue

I’m not sure if this product is Dosed properly I Did not gain any weight and notice little to no muscle full Ness or aggression.
No side effects at all which is why I’m concerned it’s not dosed properly. I didn’t even have an increase in blood pressure which is typical with this type of product
Seemed to be underdosed, I did not get the aggression I typically get from other labs anadrol
As mentioned above never quite managed the 50kg dumbbells on an incline press untill using anadrol instead of usual dbol with test deca cycle.
Switched to anadrol and wasnt long until I felt strong enough to go for it
As with all pharmaqo products would be hard to replicate the packaging and quality of these guys always have manufacturing dates and exp holograms ect
Only massive side effect for me is hunger this stuff makes me crazy hungry so always have food to hand -- water retention as expected but nothing that isn't manageable
Want to rack up those numbers pharmaqo anadrol does the trick never managed a decent set on the 50kg dumbbells until I used anadrol

+ 6Gained some good weight. Obviously with anadrol there is water retention but I was very happy with the gains. Strength gains were pretty astounding. Bench went for 192kg to 205. Squats went from 290 to 300. Was using test and a small amount of tren e too but neither of those have ever helped me with strength.

Severe back pumps but that is always the case with me for correctly dosed anadrol
Very strong, solid improvements at 100mg daily. Strength gains were great too.

+ 3HiThereI take 2tablets pre workout, not everyday just sometimes maximum 3times peer week, i let them melt under my tongue so no digestive issues. Makes my instant stronger and gives me more focus in the gym, i can train longer without getting tired but for me anadrol doesnt do much for pump and zero water retention.
Always can confirm the codes on their page if u want to make sure its legit
Little bit acne and if i swallot them slightly digestive issues thats why i take them sublingual, also spikes blood pressure a little bit.

+ 7Very effective for great Strength and Power gains & medium size and mass gains. I know some people cite A50 as a huge mass and water gaining compound but I really don't find that - not compared to Dianabol which really does add size overnight. Anadrol is a more effective strength gaining compound and can be used at much higher doses than Dbol which is why you will often see it favoured more amongst those type of athletes. If you are going to run it alongside other strong Androgens/Anabolics then 50 to 100mg will produce great results. Some people will take more than this but it will often just be alongside one compound such as testosterone which is easier to do than say a stack of 3 others. I find it comes in very effective as a recovery and healing muscle agent rather than a pre-workout as such. The Pharmaqo version is one of the best and most effective I have ever used.
As with all the Pharmaqo products this comes with both MFG and EXP date stamped on the front of it with a scanning code for you to scan with your phone to check out the products authenticity. On the back of the packet is a Gold Pharmaqo textured sticker and all of the rear of the packaging is Hologramed. I really do not see anybody trying to copy this Lol
It would just be too difficult and cost effective to bother doing.
Normally with bad Anadrol I will come down with the Adrol Flu which includes a Full cranial type headache for a few days together with a general run down shitty feeling - with this there is absolutely none of that. This is why I love it so much and find it very easy to tolerate. Training on it doesn't feel tiring and draining like it normally would do either, just strong and extremely focused
You'll learn to deal with it after a few days and just focus on the fact you are turning into HeMan whilst using them!!
Another reason I love these little Greenies is they are not rock hard teeth cracking buggers either! I like to find tablets that just dissolve in the mouth once they hit saliva and wash down easy with some juice - I know its not the healthiest or most effective way to do it but I hate the feeling of swallowing a tonne of tablets and choking on half of them Lol However do bear in mind they come with some of the usual nasty sides which include Liver toxicity, High BP and faster Heart rate - this is something you will always get with the green bombers with them always being in 50mg sized tablets

Great Effective Anadrol 50 and extremely well priced too, there is now no need to be spending £30 on 20 Pharma Grade A50's when you can get them as good a quality as this for much cheaper. I generally pay around £30 for 60 tabs in the UK. Even if you are taking a higher dose of 2 tabs a day thats still a months worth. If you have not yet experienced the madness that is Anadrol 50 then give this version a try as they are very tolerable and carry fewer of the normal sides associated with it.
