For estrogen control as high as 50 mgs per 250 mgs of test (this will not work if you’re running a gram of test, only for 250 or so)
For hardening/drying out 100 mgs a day. I’ve seen natural or “borderline natural” guys use it to harden up for show day at 100 mgs if they have little to no test in their system.

Anyone can feel free to answer this. But in my opinion 50mg a day as an add on to a cycle. Ive never used it for a cruise. Not sure if 25 mg wld be better. I believe that the medical dosage? I've always used it at 50. Never more ..never less. But I will tell you this. Mast and proviron are similar in a cut. So if using for a serious cut. Which I know YOU are. And I know your built. Then I wouldn't waste going more then 50mg when used with mast. If not using mast then I would go 100mg. Also ginger I don't know if your currently lean like youve been in the past but I would consider Var or winny as a cheap substitute. I can't remember what all you ordered.

Ive posted several bloods in the past using proviron at 50mg daily and test levels and free test levels were insane high...I guarantee this run with Redbird tops those #'s!!!
If your cruising and your estrogen is going too high it would work but you’d be better off just lowering your cruise dose to a level where you don’t need it.
If you’re cruising and you just want a little boost in free test you’d be better off adding 100-200 primo e to your cruise dose.
