Was running the golds at 5iu for a couple weeks bit had to drop the dose. CTS was becoming a serious issue at work. Not to mention waking me up every morning way too early. Worst I've ever experienced.

For real. I can roll w/some cts. But this is reaching the level of painful at times. Its odd too. Ive used other brands at the same dose that tested much better, but the cts was not even close to this level.

So I stopped split dosing with sub q everyday and switched to 4iu IM injection right before bed only on lifting days and boom it’s chilled out in the Arm/hands nerve pain when I sleep. Still get numb fingers through out the day but that’s totally doable
Yeah I'm gonna have to start trying a few different things here. I have bumped it back down to 4. Skipping days probably wont happen as I like to keep my levels reasonably steady. Bit I may scrap the PM dosing and just blast in the AM and see how that works.

ZandaI was pinning in the am when I woke up and then in the afternoon before I work out...but I wasn’t sleeping through the night and waking up way too early. When I switched the second pin to right before bed instead of preworkout I sleep through the night much better. It worked well for me, everyone is different but worth giving it a try. My .02
