Yes. Used it with bpc 157 from him on my shoulders it seems to help. Started using both for my right elbow which seems to be suffering form golf elbow as best I can determine from online research. Just started using them a few days ago. Has been bothering me a little bit, then really got set off by narrow grip lat pull down.
Use some good 7mm neoprene elbow sleeves for a bit when pressing mate - they should help a lot and keep the tendons and joints warm.
I’ll try some. Thanks for the tip bro. I’m using elbow compression sleeves right now but not as thick as that. Pressing doesn’t hurt that bad. Just got back from chest and shoulders workout. Cable flys hurt. I really aggravated it doing pull-downs with a narrow perpendicular grip. Then hammer curls didn’t hurt bad but straight bar was killing me. Given it 8 days so far and was already taking a Methyiprednisolone pack and Dielofenac for various joint issues from the Dr. don’t know if those could have made me more injury prone. I think your creatine advice might have helped my shoulders. Already sticking a needle in it so I’m willing to try about anything.
Bud I'd say stay away from cable fly's as they can over stretch the shoulder/chest insertion joints and also pulldowns with the narrow grip. I tore a lat doing those as heavy weighted versions. They feel great as you get such an awesome stretch but the downside I feel is they over stretch the shoulders if you wanna be able to really progress on flat bench. The key to a good flat bench is keeping those shoulders in A1 condition and not doing anything to over train them or aggravate them. The creatine absolutely definitely helps, not sure exactly why but it does Lol
