15 packages just had the same problem as you, the rest of international shipment continues to land from the day they are shipped in 2-3 weeks

Curious myself and what’s up with 15? I’m waiting on an int and got a track # on aug 1.
I was told my order shipped on July 7th. It is now August 19th and i dont have my pack or a new tracking number for a reship. You dont see a problem with that? I email you about whats going on and all you do is catch an attitude. You take days to respond to an are rather quick to respond here in public. I have recieved a couple of PMs from other members who are also having issues and are asking me for info about my order but honestly i dont have an answer for them other then "wait" because that's all im told. Even when i email you asking if the international shipping issue has been resolved and if its ok to place another order i dont get a response.
