Agreed - If I go 50mg pre it crashes my blood sugar too much for training properly. 30mg for Deads / 40mg for Bench I find works well.

Make sure you have eaten 2 meals and have your blood sugar levels up when you take it - then continue to cram Dextrose powder down your throat in a sports drink to get all that glucose into the muscle via the Dbol. 2 hours even better - then watch your strength and training explode!

Hey mate - I run DBol & Adrol together all the time. They both have their merits and compliment each other but don't expect to have a low BP lol The 2 plus factors dbol has over adrol is its generally a better feeling and not as depressive and hostile, and the glycogen retention for training on is unmatched. I feel adrol is better for healing and recovery - in all honesty I feel the water retention you get on it is overhyped a lot, I really don't find its that bad. Your body will take time to adjust to the higher BP though.
