I’ve used ostrerine and cardarine. The ostrerine makes you feel great and is excellent for recomping. IMO might be almost as good as gear to Maintain lean mass while losing body fat. I did find it to be suppressive of my sex drive at 25 mg a day so I know it was shutting me down and you still need to do a pct. It gives you a God like complex and I shattered my thumb and my bones healed more quickly than expected so I think it helped with that but was also running MK 677 which is also supposed to help with that.
Cardarine makes cardio feel easy. 45 min feels like 30. My lipids were good on my last cycle while taking it to so I think it’s good for that too.

Cardarine is great for keeping you cardio on point. I'm running nutrobal. testolone and cardarine right now on my cycle. I have only been running them a week, but in the past I have had great results from testolone.
cardarine should be used together with all steroids, it improves the lipid profile and is good for the heart

There was a time when I ran it by itself with no aas. I ran it for around 35 mgs per day. It seemed to strip the lil layer of body fat off me even if my diet wasn’t completely on point. ClassyChassisCardarine is the only one I've used, but I know a female that did pretty well with LGD at 5 mg/ed for 8 wks pre-show I would consider it as an alternative to Var for women. Otherwise I don't know. Unless it's possible tò regain htpa by bridging or something. I've no experience so can't speak on that
