Dude so it sounds like one of the “holy grail” protocols is loading with potassium and then using a potassium sparing loop diuretic and then just before your heart stops you flush the potassium and it’s supposed to keep you full as hell and peeled dry but it also sounds like about the most risky way to use those things.

No need loading with potassium, can use kanrenol, potassium sparing diuretic, 100mg/day,last week before contest 200mg/day for total 2 weeks. You can also keep the salt high so your muscles are full, and this diuretic will stick your skin
