ClassyChassisI just had another big bowl of the Pho Bo I made. It's got chuck roast, flank, ribeye, meatball, and tongue in it to go with the beef bone marrow broth and noodles. I'm not sure what part of the cow the noodles come from.
Bud I have a really interesting question for you if ya don't mind as I know you have lifted some serious tonnage in your years of training!! I have just read an article saying that after 30 your muscle mass declines by 3 to 5% per decade. Would you say this to be about right?
I am just wondering if this means that someone who is 40 yrs old will basically be lifting around 5% less than say a 30 year old even though he is still on gear? Do you still get weaker even though you are juicing and therefore your hormone levels are still through the roof compared to a natty.
ClassyChassisTren is the great equalizer. I squatted 495x15 to just below parallel without a belt or wraps at age 45 no problem. I'd say once you hit 60 you don't respond to the gear quite as well, or maybe you just dont care as much anymore lol. I think it depends a lot on your mindset but also how healthy your lifestyle is in general. Your overall "chi" or vitality comes into play as you age. Your organs, digestion, mitochondria, etc. Never "expect" to become decreptit tho. Haha, worst thing you could do.
I need to get that as a tattoo
ClassyChassisHaha
ClassyChassisAlso, the CNS comes into play regarding strength and androgens really augment that as well. For instance, tren can make you really strong without necessarily gaining a lot of muscle mass if you arent eating enough. You'll still get stronger due to CNS adaptation, becoming more efficient
Its funny as I have often felt that even if you have only been on tren ace for a day, just having the hormone in you makes your body contract harder and stronger even though there isn't necessarily much muscle build up yet.
Yeh I remembered that lift thats why I thought you were the man to ask!! So you still fealt as strong at 45 as you did at 35? Have you found it takes longer to heal from heavy sessions and your CNS to bounce back. I am asking as I am hitting the PR's I hit 4 years ago again right now in certain lifts, only it seems I am having to try harder now Lol Just wondering if its because I am compensating for getting older thats all. I feel I am having to run a bit more gear and taking more supps than I did back then - who knows?!!
are your gyms still open
As far as I know they opened up last wednesday at midnight - I train at home in a powerack so luckily none of it has affected me other than gear and protein deliveries taking 3 times longer in the post LOL
ClassyChassisYeah, I felt good and strong still. But I was running tren, prop, and igf lr3 and weighed about 265 in lean condition. Plus I took in 700-800g protein a day. And a lot of supps. No alcohol or junk food or tv.
Now I'm in my 60s and there's no way I could do now what I did then regardless of how much gear I ran. But I think you could maintain most of your strength using gear up until you're 50-55, although you may need more recovery, bc of the vitality factor I mentioned
Mate I just do not know how you managed to get in that amount of protein everyday! I struggle with just 150g Lol My appetite has always been the worst though, really hinders me. For example I see others getting up and having 6 whole eggs with 4 slices of toast for breakfast - I have just 1 of each and I am full!
ClassyChassisI used to eat 5lbs of NY Strip ED, plus protein shakes. I would also drink heavy whipping cream for energy. I only ate carbs 2 days a week and on those 2 days my protein was probably closer to 350g
A BEAST For sure! :-)
ClassyChassisYeah, you gotta eat mate. Gary Strydom used to say, " There's no such thing as overtraining, just undereating."

I always take BCAA's, creatine, Glutamine, HMB, Collagen powder on top of the usual Whey and Dextrose. Once you start to take everything it can be hard to tell which exactly does work and doesn't as there are so many variables as well as all the gear compounds. I say cover all bases though if you want to do the best you possibly can.
Is this bodybuilding.xom? Glutamine is a must imo, better than creatine. You lose tons while training, so most whey products contain glutamine. BCAA's are overrated...you only need a finite amount, most will tell you you're wasting your money. Essential Amino Acids (EAA's) are much better, they also aid in reovery. This isn't just for you cause I know lots of guys on here or TRT...but if you lift weights look into regular supplement first, before AAS. Before I started all this, I gained tremendous amount of knowledge on the science of supplementation, everything helps and of course some things are better in terms of faster gains...but fundamental stuff like multivitamin, these basics should be understood, food is the most anabolic substance.
ClassyChassisI concur on the glutamine. It's the most abundant aa in skeletal muscle and your body needs it to replace the intestinal lining every 3 days. It also helps reduce sugar, and even alcohol cravings. It was one of the main reasons the original MetRx was so good imo. Before GNC bought it and ruined it trying to make money off the brand with a cheap ass version. I take Taurine also
It replaces it every 3 days does it? I know it helps tremendously when running tren and orals with all the excess stomach acid floating around burning hell outta everything - especially when you have been in bed a few hours and the food has disappeared!
This is excellent info - thank you. Whenever I take Var I spit up stomach acid while sleeping it’s brutal. I’ll throw this into the mix next time. Thanks again.
I like to put it in with some Hydro Casein protein before bed - takes the body a bit longer to burn through it than normal whey isolate but still digests well. Cheese works well too at keeping down acid as does whole milk :-)
Awesome thank you. I usually eat cottage cheese before bed bc of the casein protein but it doesn’t do anything for the heartburn.
Maybe the whole milk will work next time I’m on Var I’ll give it a try.
I get bad acid reflux on var and worse on tren. From what I read , cottage cheese will actually make it worse . it has lactic acid in it which is supposed to make it worse
Bingo - The man knows his shit!!! That will be why then ....
Mmmm Cottage cheese strangely isn't that effective for those types of problems - I prefer dairy creamy thick cheese such as the cheese triangles we get here in the UK such as Dairylea, Laughing cow etc. They work REALLY well for acid reflux. Sometimes you just have to accept acid and heartburn on tabs though, try seeing what its like on 150mg Adrol per day Lol
ClassyChassis3 days is what I was taught. According to this post, it's every 4-5. But this is a very interesting, informative read

sent PM as well as emails anyone hear from him yet
Yes, today. Business as usual.
have you tried his orals injections ? i see a few say take it every 2-3 days
