I would say that your experience is most likely placebo with taking one dose and talking about potential sides after 24 hours.
Remember science is the constant experimentation of ideas while using controls.
It's very unscientific to post this experience like the way you have.
Come up with a personal testing protocol, hypothesis, then record results over time.
If you had taking a large dose of short esters it's possible I would learn from someone's experience in one day, but most likely anyone reporting any experience here with only one day as a time control is just junk science to be discarded.

If you have contest experience you should know that if an athlete is stressed or nervous he risks his abdomen tarnish before going on stage, if you have an intact vial send for hplc, I will pay the cost of the test
