I really liked the PROP 200 from here, it was probably the best PROP I've run and did it have Guaiacol in it. I never minded this product before but many frown upon it. There is some research material available out there but I was introduced to this through the use of TNE. What's your view on the Guaiacol?

What’s recommendations on aromasin I was told 2x a week I’ve taken in the past but only when I felt it was needed I haven’t cycled in about 2 years but recently discovered I have low t so I want to try to keep everything steady also I’m just running Sus250 should I pin everyday or will EOD be ok
Recommendation is to get labs to determine this man. Everyone is different.
Appreciated so should I not take the aromasin and just run the sus then get test to see if it’s needed I used to just take if when I noticed a difference in moods or nipples sore things like that and if so how long should I wait to get tested
I would get baseline labs to see where your e2 is naturally. Sust EOD is perfectly fine. IMO. Wait 4 weeks with Sust for labs and get blood drawn right before next injection is due. I wouldn’t jump on an AI just because. But Nolva is certainly more mild imo if you do have any signs of gyno and are just trying to address that. If you’re really a high converter and estrogen sensitive and worried don’t hesitate to spend the money if you can at first signs of concerns and get at least the basics drawn up if its sooner than 4 weeks.
Also, Nolva will not decrease your serum e2 levels but if you just jump on an AI and then get labs after the fact you’ll never know where your E2 was when signs started
Thanks bro I just had labs done last week so I’ll check them see where I was my doc didn’t say anything about e2 just that my t levels were 288 glucose was a lil high but nothing to be concerned about and my cholesterol is a little high
