For the last few years there has been some Test E raw coming out of China that causes insane PIP such that a lot of guys have gone with Cypionate these days. It's come from multiple major raw sellers including the biggest and filtered down gradually into a number of UGLs. I have seen multiple reports where Test E raws were fine and then brewed a year+ later again and that batch had a lot of PIP. I don't know the science on it but that's what's been going on with first time I started hearing about it in 2019 I think.
I binned some Enan raws for that very reason a few years ago. It was brutal. Gone with Cyp ever since, no problems. No one seems to know what causes it. My raw had melted during transit, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
