Double check the address that you sent it to. Make sure you sent btc not any other crypto. If you have the transaction id, you can PM me that and I will check to see your side. However, from what I can see, no btc was received by keytech through this wallet address

FreephormJust as a heads up guys. I’ve still not had my issue sorted. I sent btc to the wallet address that was given by Keytech. I still have no resolution, I’ve forwarded him proof the the wallet key sent me had the funds withdrawn. And my only response from key was that he was a Bitcoin expert. So, hold off on purchasing from them, something is up. This is the first time of 10+ orders I’ve had any issue. So, something is up. Key isn’t even communicating in the way they normally do, is a grammatical sense. So, hold off on purchases.

Payments should be seen on blockchain. If you must, get a moderator involved. Send him screenshots of payment (transaction id), emails/communication (wallet info) and your reasoning. Blockchain is public so everyone can see if a payment went through or not.
I did have some doubts after the drama with this source. However, I will say my recent order went smooth and everything is great on my end. I have never heard of John scamming people so I am assuming it is a tech problem on your end. I agree with him to find someone who knows more about btc to help you
