I have no dog in this fight, however it seems as though you are corresponding with the scam site and not the genuine website. The email you circled in yellow verifies that you have been dealing with the scammer copycat as that address ends with bestas.com and NOT bestaas.com. You seem to be bypassing that minute but important info. Slow it down with the accusations, which is understandable as no one likes to lose their hard earned money....but look over the email addresses again....and you'll see. The Genuine address ends with bestaas.com......scammer copy at that you been dealing with is bestas.com......short by 1 "a" and is easily overlooked (hence it working to fool you)
Not a fan of this source or his products, but it's safe to say you owe him an apology. Genuine source didn't scam you like your claiming, the scammer copycat did. Always pay attention to the smallest of details to prevent this from happening in the future. Wish you well bro
