So the encrypted email service that I use has blocked the information for my new order. It looks like you guys are using a new service provider and not sure if there is a glitch with your new service provider because even when I changed my encrypted email service I was able to update it in my onlythebest account but now my password is not working. So I did try doing the forgot my password reset link and it recognizes my new encrypted email address but the content that is showing looks like code and not the actual link so I can reset my password. I attached my screenshot. I really want to ensure submitting my new order. I really hope that you can help me with this.
