The process is called endocytosis and it's how it autoregulates the cell, this is specifically in the context of cancer but that's because the only reason people even care about it is for cancer research lol

The study you linked is really interesting and I actually enjoyed it but definitely doesn't define the point of saturation just the mechanism in which it would incur if it did indeed happen. Anyway appreciate the insight and relevant study.
Of course any and every study on igf1 is going to be in a lateral field, nobody is putting money into research regarding igf1 except for the field of oncology. The point still stands in regards to endocytosis. Obviously the current protocols aren't the optimal utility.

After so long reviews fall off. Atleast they used to.
it still happens, half an hour ago it was 94.66 and now it's down to 94.6, I don't know what the problem is, maybe if people who reviewed are banned, but in my case it didn't happen. I noticed that the same thing happens to other srcs, just observe, no new reviews and the score goes down

I think I remember seeing somewhere that the score is a rolling average from the past six months, so maybe a couple high scoring reviews rolled off and reduced the average. I could be wrong on this but it would make sense if something like that was the case.
