AK80Nah. You do need to run it for at least 6 months though @ 3iu per day otherwise you won't see any results.
I'm going to start at 2iu before bed. Hopefully it helps with sleep and recovery. If it agrees with me I want to work up 4iu/day indefinitely. Maybe go higher if sides allow during a blast etc. I sleep like ass though so if all I ever get is sleep quality, that alone is worth it.

For what you pay for HGH why not always keeps it refrigerated? Wont hurt it unconstituted so might as well go the extra step and be on the side to keep your mind at ease.
Most scripts have an insert that says prior to and after reconstituting with Bac water, keep cool in back if fridge. If your worried about people seeing it, take it out the box and put in something else. Its shipped during heat months but im on the safe side
I just ordered the same hgh for the first time from here for the same reasons. From what I read its personal preference of storage. Some say to keep refrigerated and others say a cool dark spot is ok 2. I will store mine in the fridge.
