I received communication today. It turns out that when I copied and pasted the information, it auto-corrected and switched the zeros to the letter “O.” I resent the correct information and they responded quickly.
A lot of people are contacting them nonstop right now, which is making the process harder for them. My advice is to be patient and respectful — it looks like everyone will get taken care of in due time.

I ordered on the 8th received the email with payment amount and information then absolutely nothing. I have emailed for possible update but no response. I was sure hopefully the products would arrive but no luck there.
There having tech issues right now there just processing anyone who's paid already you will likely need to wait for the site to comeback up ( if it does.. id verify some of the folks on here have got there stuff before doing so also)before there's any traction if you haven't paid.
