We want to respond to this asshole trying to ruin our reputation. His idea of us scamming him is he put a fake name on his shipping address. We shipped his grapeseed oil to the address and name he put down. NOW HIS MAIL CARRIER looked at the name on the package and sent it back to us because that name wasn't on the list of names for his residence. I've spoken to the usps station that delivers his mail and they confirm this is why it was sent back. This guy thinks WE are scamming him because they sent it back. We must have done something wrong. I even offered to resend his oil and he said ok. I told him I was reshipping double what he ordered. He then got a hair up his ass and said no he want's his money back. So I refund his money less the shipping. It's in the terms of service. But he again got his panties if a wad and did a charge back on the whole order. So once he loses he gets charged a $175 fraudulent chargeback fee just to teach his ass a lesson. Some how because USPS did their job it's our fault. This is the real info on why he thinks we are a fraud. I've never scammed anyone, never will, never have. Research is too important to use crap or inferior stuff. We've been around for 6 years because we provide superior quality and service. We go out of our way because we know we wouldn't exist without you. But this guy is an ass. Sometimes the customer is now always right. This time he's the asshole not us.
