I was having issues with my countermail account, and I know they use the same provider, so that might be the reason why they haven't been able to reply to any emails.. hopefully they get that fixed asap.

Took about a day for them to get back to me. But in the end delivered the goods. Can't comment on gear quality yet, as I haven't used any.
Ordered from naps and order has been stuck in customs for over a month.. Im assuming if i were to order from someone from canada that the package wont go threw customs and im 100% gonna receive it?
If you live in Canada(which I assume you do) then your gear will never go through customs because it's not having cross borders. All my orders with Canadian sources have been delivered 3 to 4 days. Just ordered from these guys and everything has been great so far. Tracking is great and the product made it here in 4 days.

took 2 hour for a response. communication was great and fast. tried a small test order of 6 item since there price is top notch compare to other canada domestic. will update once i get the gear.
