could it be because it was prepared and shipped so fast that there was no change on the site?
I have had packages seized before and I understand thats the risk we run doing this, but i never recieved a seizure letter. I confirmed the shipping address was correct, so its lost in the post? The last thing thst was confirmed was reciever had collected the money, then nothing.
If you ordered it in October you should have contacted us in December at latest but in our T&C's we do not reship seizure & lost in post and we are not allowed to me tick posting methods on here as it's not allowed by the mods

Alright. Do you mind taking a picture of what you have? You should swap the picture. If you carry the real thing, the picture sends a wrong signal as it is a picture of a fake.
