Searched and reviewed quote a lot of sites and this site appeared to have some good stuff and am excited to see what it's like but I Ordered from suppdirect.com about eleven hours ago sending email saying I have sent payment evidence as requested but still haven't heard back? Is this common? Just that they state next day special delivery for UK but haven't had payment conformation sent. Thanks
Hi this is common do not worry I sometimes haven't received any tracking info, but gear has always turned up on time.
And when I have gone into my account it doesn't say shipped then a couple of days later I will receive an email to confirm shipping lol and I already have gear in my hand.

I got an email while I was standing AT the Western Union counter getting my receipt that my cash had been sent that SuppDirect cancelled my order.. .
Order Ref: RXGBJWHYL is the order that was cancelled, I did send the requested payment info as Western Union sent the payment. Can I get this order reinstated or what should I do now, since I sent money but the order was cancelled simultaneously???

letsgettropicalI won the deca promo... Or so i thought.... I received a tracking number on Sept 15.. I was following the package until i saw that it was delivered on Sept 20 to some location in Maryland???? I Dont even live in Maryland! I figured it must be some mistake.. No big deal. So i sent Suppdirect.com an email explaining what happened and copy and pasted the original email when they asked for my address. Which was NOT in Maryland.. That was on the sept 20.. Figured i would give them a couple days to respond.. But i received no response.. So i sent another email explaining what happened on sept 22.... No response...I sent a email directly to suppdirect.com today.. And of course.. No response... I realize it was a free promo.. But the fact that they cant even acknowledge that they made a mistake and respond to me shows what kind of customer service you will receive with this company...Very disappointed..
Sept 24..... Finally received a response from direct emails with suppdirect.com apologizing for the mistake... They gave me a new tracking number.. according to this tracking number. My package should arrive any day. I will update when package lands
Sept 25.... Gear finally landed....SUppdirect.com was sending out so many tracking numbers during the promo. They mixed up mytracking number.. Honest mistake.... Thank you suppdirect.. I iwll post pics and review the deca as soon as can...

Hitman187i wouldn't worry yet. im still waiting fot my test e promo as well, i haven't even recieved tracking yet. it looks like he's only sending a few promo packs at a time. remember sources can only ship so many packs per day discreetly, and on top of the promo packs theres probably many paid orders that take priority over promos.

You should get it soon, I've had mine almost 2 weeks now. Tomorrow I'll be 6ml deep in it. I feel its good stuff honestly, no drop off from previous lab and libido seems slightly higher. Imma finish it out and switch back to my other to have another comparison before a review. But using 1.5ml Mon/Thursday
Hitman187yea im not worried at all im sure it will come, and if by some chance it dont it was a promo so its not like im losing anything on my end. ill still gain something from the experience because ill know if the source is dependable or not when im making a real order. so either way a win-win for me.
