I have paid immediately my order and you told me that MTCN was wrong, this makes me worried! It is most strange!

Now I have to recover my money by WU and loosing all the fees around 25 Euro because after a week WU does not reimburse them. you should have advised me in time, just said MTCN is wrong! Not true.

I placed an order on the 9th of Feburary, according to the site payment has been accepted and still it has not been dispatched! I understand the website has been down etc but I have had almost zero correspondence and what I have had has been very unhelpful. I have ordered multiple times before and I received brilliant service those time. Can I ask will my order be dispatched??
