He did a promo back in maybe December of last year, yeah it was december, and was giving away big "grand" prizes and bailed on that one and didn't come through. At this point it's looking like a repeat, like he's getting a promo on the board, offering a free giveaway and small discounts and not actually doing the giveaway and just taking making money on the discounted deal. Hate to say it, but it is starting to look that way. If that's the case then attention is going to need to be brought to it so he can't pull the same scam again bc basically he's abusing the system with a scam of sorts, don't you think?
