I've had the same problem. Paid on 8th August for items in stock. No contact or replies to emails, but does reply if he thinks you're someone else. That's what I find strange.
when I enquired, he replied and asked what the order number was. I replied with the order number immediately and have since not heard anything as of 9th August.
However on 10th August I got an email saying my payment had been accepted.
Maybe the guy is just away for a few days. Maybe give them a little grace to see if it sorts itself out, but still makes you wonder how they are ranked 4th,
I used a different email to catch him out and in the end he said my order was sent thursday it wud b here by now if that was the case. He wont give my tracing number. He told me he was just busy 50 orders a day. I still think its bs tbh
It does seem a bit too long, but looking back at previous feedback he's only really had 1 or 2 problems which were generally resolved.
Maybe yours is ready to post and he's not actually got round to it but just telling you that to keep hold you off until he gets round to it.

Mate I know a lot of companies like that, EE, Vodafone etc. If you phone up to enquire about your account they keep you on hold, if you call to buy a phone or upgrade you get through immediately!
I think that's reasonable, end of this week will be 100%. Shame I needed the stuff urgently and have since had to go elsewhere!

I just would like his site to update with my tracker from last week...or at least email Me the tracker..don't think that is to much to ask..

Hmm placed order on Thursday (5 days ago) made a change to the order soon afterwards which they said was fine. Not heard anything since, emailed, used online order comment on website and no replies. Order still says preparation in progress. Getting worried now.
