Was thinking about ordering a very large order today. Found this info last night where people aren't receiving orders. Have you guys had this issue resolved yet, or are there at least good signs that these problems are being resolved? The prices are spot on, I would really like to make my order, but not if these issues show no signs of being fixed. It's unfortunate that things began to slip bc SXA was always a very reliable source from the people I have talked to. Thanks for any update!

Yo source,how bought you just not accept new orders till things are clear. Ive only ordered once but got my shit as you said i would. I don't want people thinking you're scamming them nor do i (when i wanna order) wanna worry about stuff coming due to being backed up on other orders.

i figured this would happen. i havent heard one thing from this guy n im still owed for 200 amps. what i caught off bout this source is he told me he uses a 3rd party to buy his goods which only means he never had anything on hand which is what im assuming. anyways weres this web page he was talkin about cus i want my money back. if he knew he was gettin behind, my question is why did he take my order then?

Will be setting up a page later on my website for outstanding orders it will just be a short form (just your order , mtcn ect) it will mainly be refunds offered . I just want to see the total owed ect for everything so that can get all cleared up and we can continue.

Although I can only offer apologies for the time wasted ect the important consolation is that your funds wont be lost.

Damn source I hope you don't leave. Its hard as Fuck to find real amps and u got em. I really hope from now on u start concentrating on orders bro if I see a couple pop up ill buy a bunch...no offense, but its not hard to send out pkg I dnt care what anyone says...emails may be hectic but get organized with a pen and pad and write all of them down or print out orders and highlight them in diff colors for ones that went out and ones that are pending. Organization is everything

There's been no new orders accepted therefore nobody could have got an order in lately. I've got a history of coming through and a history of satisfied customers on the site including mods. To be honest I don't really want this to drag on any longer I have no other obligations this week and my full attention will be on cleaning this up.

To be honest sometimes there's just nothing you can do on your end and you have to wait , I can't catch a plane just to get 50-80 amps lol. I understand 3-4 people maybe frustrated but that cant take away from the many satisfied customers and a large majority dont post or review. I've never showed any signs of tucking my tail between my legs and running off and if we are frank the orders due are all relatively small in size it would not be worth me trying to disappear seriously.

Of course I take full responsibility but at the same time its just silly to think that I have no intention of getting all orders fulfilled considering wanting to have a long term future n here.

Also unfortunately if theres no new news then how can I provide an update? would you guys prefer it if I messaged every day saying nothing today , nothing today , nothing today? To update means to notify a change in the situation if theres no change then all I'd be doing is repeating myself? But if that makes people more assured I can do it.

yeah i dont care how long it takes i made other arrangments but just cant get an answer on what he is going to do and i will shut up and wait he is busy and trying and seems like a good guy just one email to answer my question and i would b happy

I think the main thing mate is lack of responses to e-mails, if there's no news you could just reply and say there's no news. To give an example of the lack of communication, 10 days ago was the last time you gave me an update after e-mailing you, you said "i have everything ready to go, just let me know what day you want it to arrive and I'll send it next day". I replied and said any day but Tuesday and sorry for being a pain in the arse about delivery days and explained my reasons why. You then replied and said "no problem". Since then I'm still waiting to receive and you haven't replied to the couple of polite e-mails I've sent to see when it's likely to arrive.
It's just not good customer service to promise something and then not deliver, at least without giving a reason. When I say I'm going to do something I do it when I say I will, eg. the primo you sent me by mistake, I went out of my way to send them back the very next day.
Hopefully you can understand why this might be frustrating.

My own experience is that there are delays, but in general you do make good on everything, waiting on the last bit of my order myself, but at your prices and the quality of the product I don't mind. I plan on using you again regularly as long as you are in business.

I think he will come good. i am still waiting on about 15% of my order that i placed around the 18th december. i did mess him about by changing my order though so can't blame him for some of the delay. the lack of updates is a bit frustrating but i believe he will come good eventually and his prices can't be beat and i believe his products to be the real deal.
