@Rips , Very true I believe I was just stranded really not knowing what to do I realized today that if I was in the customers position I would rather have honesty and integrity from the supplier would rather have him put up his hand and say yeah I was wrong and this is the full story rather than being kept in the dark about everything. That's the real reason I decided to come and give everyone the full truth , The orders would have been fulfilled and dealt with regardless its just setback/timing issue but I fully admit the lack of communication and trying to wait it out was something that I defiantly should not have done and reflects badly on myself. I've got to make things up with the people who put there trust in me and I fully intend to do so the nature of the business does mean things like this happen but it was entirely misjudgment on my part regarding keeping everyone informed with the full story.

@Rods , I appreciate everything you've said so far , Being totally honest I did not log on here but I obviously knew that people would be worried about there orders , I just didn't want to sound like a broken record repeating the same information when I had no new information to give , I thought that would irrate people more rather than if I just kept quiet and waited on my stock , Obviously I realize that was not the best course of action to take. I have not logged into my PayPal account either but I am aware of the issues and claims due to receiving a call from PayPal themselves today. Even lost out on Personal money I had in PayPal due to the negative balance now.

I'll offer this piece of advise everybody LEAVE THERE CLAIMS OPEN or OPEN A CLAIM I'm not too sure on the time frame but PP will refund your money (and I will have to pay PP) but I hope that things will be resolved much sooner than that.

Everybody who has made an order please read , This unprofessional episode has cost me dearly and has left what decent reputation I had in tatters. I feel the very least I could do is offer an explanation & hope to come to a resolve with people who have not got there gear.

The Problem stemmed from me accepting £ for stock I did not have on hand thinking that it would not take long for the stock to come through and I would be able to dispatch orders in a timley manner , Unfortunately things went pear shaped and has cost me a dear sum of money , I wrote 6 days ago that the vast majority of orders had been dispatched following my tracking info I anticipated my package the following day and so keen to give everybody good news I informed people here that there stock was sent out expecting it the next day and sending it the next day , A good quantity of stock was seized and I ended up loosing out so trust me I know how it feels to loose money weather its 50 or 1000 money lost is money lost. I was afraid to come on here and tell people because I thought id be branded a liar ect so I thought it would be better just to wait until my reorder came through and the orders had been actually physically sent before coming clean but I decided that that was not the best course of action and I should explain to everybody what happened. I can understand I will have lost some customers forever and it disheartens me that I wasn't able to pull through when needed regardless of me loosing out what I paid for on the original orders , I fully understand the anger , surprise and maybe even hatred for me. I hope everyone can understand sometimes it just doesnt go as smooth as you want I really am in the same boat as you guys , I really am on your side.

I presume everybody now wants to know where there order or there £ is .. I have reordered the last order that got seized and I have that tracking number available to give stock is currently in UK international hub and can be seen on parcelforce tracking site , I know many wont even care about the order anymore and will just want there £ back , I'll come real clean I put everything I had into the order coming through so I'm unable to cover refund's at this particular moment in time , Depending on time scale if you paid via PP , PP will refund your money ... Why would I accept PP as a payment term where it is so easy to reclaim your money if my sole intention was to scam?. This is real misfortune there is absolutely no malice or intention to rip people off on my part. Anybody who has an order pending please PM me to receive the tracking info for my stock so you can see when it will be available for dispatch (same day tracking changes to "delivered").

Its really the nature of the business that this unfortunately happens I hope this is the only unprofessional episode I have and I fully understand it has cost me many return customer's and many potential customers. I wish to sincerely apologize in not communicating and giving an explanation sooner. I hope I will be able to retain a little bit of trust and my honesty restore a little bit of faith.

I've lost money , customers , reputation and in all honesty due to my lack of clarity and communication I do deserve it I just want people to know I'm in the same boat as them and there will all issues will be resolved within due time.
