Look fellas, February was a disaster. Most of my regs know that I have been struggling to stay “small” but that is very difficult to do in this business once your name gets out. I tried placing daily caps on orders and that turned into orders backing up 3-4 days. Processing got overwhelmed and wasn’t able to handle the volume. Unfortunately for all of us they were not communicating the exact nature and depth of their situation. And why would they, I would have fired them (which I did!) So, while hiring and training new processors I needed to make an emergency move of the lab, then had a shipment of stoppers get lost as well as have raws get stuck in limbo all the while trying to figure out and fix what the previous processors were (or weren’t) doing. And of course with all of this going on my eroids subscription lapsed. Now I am sure most of you can understand why with this Perfect Storm going on my eroids subscription wasn’t a great priority. I am currently shut down (again) to try and reconfigure a system that will work for all of us (short of going private) I have not ironed out all of the details as of yet but what I can tell you is that due to the growth factor the 3-4 day shipping is a thing of the past (sorry!), I will be getting rid of most of the blends (too time consuming) and also trackers can no longer be had through no control of my own.
As far as complaints, trolls, haters etc… It goes with the territory. I know there are some legitimate complaints to be had, this is an imperfect business and believe me know one feels the sting of my current shortcomings more than me but it’s a shame when they got lost in the sea of drama filled scammers and haters and I WILL NOT BE PUNKED BY THOSE OF YOU WHO “THINK” YOU HAVE GAME!
*Shipping issues – I own it! Without a doubt a dropped the ball in this arena and I am working diligently trying to correct it.
*Improper crimps- yes, I’ve been guilty of rushing to try and keep up but am working on designing a system where I am not feeling as much pressure.
*Underfilled vials – May happen from time to time but for the most part those complaints come from rookies who believe you will get 10 pins from 10ml.
*Underdosed – NEVER! I brew batches 100’s of vials at a time and sell 1000’s per month but yet the the only complaints are the 8? 10? 12? guys here on eroids? Where are the 100’s of others from here and the other sites I’m on?
*Contaminated – Well “speckboy” from a cpl months ago was proven non legit from a fellow eroids member and dude claiming cellulitis was recently pulled up by fellow eroids members. I am not saying there hasn’t been a handful of legitimate cases but that will happen from time to time (with UGL) and 99% of the time simply needs to be refiltered. If you are not savvy enough to refilter your gear (or at least willing to learn how) then it is questionable whether or not you should be dabbling in UGL gear (same goes for handling crashed gear)
Eroids is a great board but it does lend itself to a high rate of bullshit. Because it is by and large an amateur board (which is GREAT!) it is wide open for nervous, undereducated noobies who are very susceptible to mass hysteria and as a FREE ($$) board it will attract a higher volume of scammers, trolls and haters who take great pleasure (in their small little worlds) in kicking up dust (and getting the younger guys panicked) than the Pro boards (which charge a fee for membership). Again, it comes with the territory so my advice is simply this – If you are the least bit apprehensive in selecting a src because a few ppl are feeding each others ego’s in a bashing frenzy then seek out another src.
In the mean time let the trolls troll and the haters hate! With a little luck they have helped thin the herds to a managable level so I may serve my core community with more efficiency

I'm just frustrated that rox can respond to an order instantly, but 11 days after emailing concerning an order that was ten days late I can't get any feedback
let me explain how this works brother, this is the black market so its not like I can just go downstairs to the warehouse to see how things are going. I am not even in the same state as processing, so when I finally figured out what the fuck was going on we are talking weeks of screwed up orders. So I fired processing, shut it down and have been trying to fix everything on my own (which hasn't been easy) That is why I have posted the situation here (as well as an auto response on email) because it would take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to everyone individually with the same information
I held my tongue for 20 + days brother. I'm just trying to give a fair review for the rest of the community. I understand the UGL game, my only complaint is lack of communication. If I had received an email/return email concerning your problems then I would have no problem to report. But you made it clear your restructuring processing. Once I receive my gear and pin it then ill give you another fair assessment. Hope you get it all worked out.

I placed a order for few vials, of mast-p, test-p, and eQ. last month, thay had new tops, thay looked like, thay are all 10 cc. and even, on flat table. maybe roxie is fixing the prob.
The only reason I have voiced any concern over here is because of the experience I had. What I will say is at the very least, dude took time to shoot me an e mail to explain about what was going on. My shipment took a few weeks longer. A few of my vials did leak a little. There is even staining from oil on the label. That was what I meant when I agreed with those who said 9mL. When I said 9 mL obviously I was estimating and because it leaked. You see amazingly enough 9mL is actually less than 10. That is why I said 9 because one of them compared to another looked about 1 mL short compared to another. My vials were all differently filled standing on the same surface next to each other. This is not bashing. This is a review board. I tell you what happened to me so you can know what happened. Don't get all butt hurt when somebody states their opinion and it's not the same as yours. I didn't just pull that out of nowhere I wouldn't voice concern at all unless there was reason to. There are plenty of sources and it is trial and error. I had a bad experience here so I don't want to risk it again. That is my opinion. I hate seeing people bash people for voicing opinion. We are here to help one another, and again IMO roxi is a stand up dude. There was a problem and he fixed it. But negative reinforcement, I don't want to chance it again. People have a right to hear what happened and details of other's experiences. Not people who have ordered twice from one source and claiming that that specific source is the messiah of all sources. They come and go. Roxi gets plenty of business so my opinion does not matter to him and it won't hurt him in the long run. As for me there are other sources I prefer to take my business to based on the experience I had. I don't waste my time making false accusations. I haven't posted in here in about a week or so. This response is not aimed at anybody specifically.
UPDATE: waiting on tracker and should be g2g by the end of the week, that doesnt mean I'll be reopened then, I will take care all back orders before I reopen
Thanks rox, appreciate the update. Hopefully most people understand shit happens, and if they dont, there are 847 other sources on here. Rather than run their mouth on a damn computer bitching and complaing about everything, go somewhere else. Thats just more gear for the ones that are loyal customers. Even if there was a mishap in someones order, I cant speak for anyone but myself, however, from what ive seen over the past several months is any legit supplier will be more than happy to make it right, just as roxi has done. From what ive seen in most cases, he goes over expectations and usually replaces whats wrong and then something extra for their troubles. People have to understand your not ordering test boosters from amazon.com, the shit is illegal, in all states without a script.

Just started pinning the test prop today from a order placed on december 18th, and when I tried to take the top off the whole TOP came off.. so yeah bad crimping to say the least. I hope it doesn't happen to my other 23 vials -_-

We had that happen too. Use some pliers and work them around the crimp to secure it.

Fact is tren a from december was shit, vials are underfilled, nobody knows for sure how his stuff is these days. He went from top 6 to no rating in two month, enough said, I rest my case.

I never said I used the tren, fact is ill never use it since its from December and lots of people were having issues with it. I did received it in time and it looked good and posted about it.

The vials being short is a moot issue, so are the comments about PIP. Pinning yourself, especially new muscles, is a case by case basis. If you have a problem with it, there are methods of reducing it.
Roxi addressed the pertinent issues. I simply wanted to see ownership. The complaints were noted, now continue onward.
Roxi's gear is gtg I have been using his test e for 3 months and have had no problems.For ugl gear I would say its spot on no pip smooth pinning my only gripe is that the test e hits like test p "fast" I can live with that .I wish I could provide blood work sheets but can't but the fact that I'm 39 and have raging wood all day I is proof enough for me.Roxi is no scammer when I ordered my gear he was out of test e but didn't pick up my money for 5 days until he had it back in stock a scammer would have taken my money in a hour.As for the vials being short I've never gotten 10 CCS out of any 10 cc vial from anyone ugl or pharmaceutical.
