I have made 2 medium sized orders from RS in the past and always got them within two-three week MAX. Great t/a time and communication has always been speedy and good. Having said that, I just made my 3rd and largest order and I was wondering @RS...
My order was made just a few days before you renewed your subscription here and uploaded your new specials and promotions of 10% off the total for board members and a bulk EQ deal which if you combine those two promotions to my order that would have made it substantially cheaper. (Somebody could do a beginner cycle in the savings I lost out on.)
As I placed a large order and it has been semi-shipped is there any way you can put some freebies in there for a good loyal customer? Normally wouldn't ask for it but I feel kinda bummed out that I missed these great specials.
