K so on there website they guarantee an answer to there tickets within 12 to 24 hours but I have yet to recieve a reply to my ticket that was posted more then 24 hours ago. I dont to discredit this site as i really want to order from them but I am a little worried that i have not recieved a reply to my ticket.
I have talked with them many times, and never had to wait more than a day. They have always got back with me fast. Not saying you did anything wrong but it wouldn't hurt to close that ticket and maybe ever start another one with an urgent response.
