Stabbing crippling pain from the EQ on my end glute wise. Tried cutting with sterile grape seed oil and nothing. Tried heating up, massaging after, hot bath after, warm compress after, slow injection during, you name it and no success. No knots or redness but I can’t even sit on the bench much less work legs.
