The dbol had me do 350 with no spot for 20, thats whats up. Felt like I couldn't went higher but don't want to chance my pussy shoulder. I'm sure some of you do higher but I usually focus on high reps instead of weight. When you train alone its what I'd advise.

I don't kniw my max because of my shoulder I get up to 270-315 for a bunch of reps like 5 sets 15 each and stay there till i get that pinch deep inside and chest is cooked.Don't want to be back on the couch due to my rotator and 500 or anything over 400 would definitely fuck it up. Sucks but without surgery it is what it is
