Well there is one way to deal with it, and there so much business you won't suffer. Can always start banning people like other sources have for it. Where's my order emails should only take place once the TA time has passed. Your not the first source to deal with the influx of new people to ordering. But ip/shipping address bans seems to be pretty effective for others. First ban could be like 1 year second offense life ban. I guarantee the email will stop with that question. And orders won't suffer your name is out there now

Anyone that has done 250 for reps on flat barbell press. Combine type thing. What kinda numbers did you get? Curious to hear numbers....

Not much on barbell, I love dumbbells the isolate the muscle works fast and slow twitch, I do 80 lbs each arm, so I'd say on a good day I can do 18 to 25 reps 250 lbs.How many can you go for bro?
I zinged my shoulder once on dumbells so i stay away from them. We had a lil meet at my gym. I did 35 with 250.

NFL combine I'm assuming, where they have to see how many reps of 225 thry can get on flat bench
I remember doing that in high school and college. 29 was my number Junior year...its a hell of an experience. Outside, blinded by the sun, and teammates yelling at you lol. Much different atmosphere at NFL combine.
I never used 225 but I would rep 315 my goal was 15 usually never hit it but would get 10 at least
