I prefer short ester cycles to be honest. 8 would be the recommended length. Guess I'm a hypocrite! Never run one this long so it's just trial and error. I really like to experiment and just see how I react to it. I know my body pretty well but there's always room for improvement lol. There's about a 40 pound difference between those pics! I was natural when in that stage shot at about 205 on stage! I love tren but it's definitely not for everyone. I've never tried eq before. Several of my friends swear by it though!

The worst feeling is looking at 9.25 ml of precious Tren ace splatter on the floor. Just received my first trial order. While prepare for a second shot. I accidentally dropped the vial. Shattered upon contact my tiles floor. Now I am pissed off and no Tren.

BendTheBarbellSo I think my fat intake was too low. Around. About below 50 grams a days cheat days was more around 100. So I upped my fats to about 80 g a day cause I was getting moody and I'm losing bf faster. I'm on a clean bulk with RPs test and I'm still getting stronger. Put up 280x3 today for a New PR. (I know I'm not strong for my weight) and I'm down from 225 to 217lbs. My arms went from 16.5 in to 17.25... Its crazy. My carbs are around 300g give or take 20 and my protein is about 200-250 a day.
if your getting new Prs and lifting heavy all week....then I suggest adding a little more protien in ......like 300g
This should help add more muscle if your lifting real heavy. Fat is more personal and you need it but it seems everyone has to find the fat spot IMO. I do better with lowering sugar than lowering fat so much!
