How do you fellas ingest the dianabol? I made the mistake of mixing it with water, and the compound fell out of the suspension and I had to scrape my glass to get the goods. Should i just take it straight and follow with a chaser?
the best is to mix it a little like with grape juice and swish around your mouth for couple mins. then swallow and chase. That is the sublingual way. It means under the tongue in latin. as long as you dink it down your good.
Straight up with a chaser, it burns but worth it no doubt, dbol worked great to kickstart my last cycle with raw

I shot it under the tongue held for a quick sec than chased it it'll burn your shit but I felt like it absorbed better if I held it kinda like a sublingual pro hormone but I could be wrong in doing that lol regardless I loved that shit
BendTheBarbellYour not. He's said a few times it's sublingual. So we should b letting it sit under the tounge. But if u swallow it still absorbs good cause its pure compound in grain alcohol. I noticed taking it pre WO it hits u faster letting it sit under ur tounge for a good 30 seconds. A good hour before ur workout though so u give it time to peak

Fantastic, did a mock cycle for what I'll use for a powerlifting meet, used sust, tren a kicked off with dbol, saw all three major lifts go up 75-100 pounds added 20ish pounds of lean muscle while dropping a few percentage body fat roughly 2-3%
