Richard.SimmonsI normally go under the tongue/ mouth. Measure out correctly though. Start with smaller doses Shake Orals really well.
Does it really HAVE to be held under the tongue? Aren't you still getting the dosage if you just swallow it? Lol
You will always get the most from sublingal for what it is. You got two places your ass and under your tounge. I prefer under my tounge. Cranberry juice helps in a many ways.

ZandaLike iron was saying it's just a clinical fact that the absorption rate through sublingual is greater than swallowing and having it go thru the digestive track where some may be lost. Hold under your tongue for greatest absorption.

yell yea your sust is the tits... im running 750mg (250mg pinned MWF) and im on week 7 now and holy titties am I loving this. I dont normally run sust cuz i feel puffy but this shit hits hard and I fucking love it.
btw I do think you should consider higher EQ. Personally I think running anything less than 600-800mg is a waste of money. I found a sweet spot between 800-1000mg depending on the source but I hate pinning 4-5ml a week of just EQ. Would be perf if you did a 400 or even a 500. Id pay the price increase its more about the amount of oil i hate. cuz then ur talking about another 1-2 cc of test and anything else you may want to run. with that much oil, your talking about 3ml shots (which takes away a lot of pin sites with out using multiple needles) or pinning more frequently which sucks with long ester gear.
