You can shoot it sub Q. My trt doctor had me do it with my sermolien. My doctor tried to get me on that pellet they put under your skin that's good for like 3 months. I would have done it if they would put like 4 pellets so I could get a decent dose. The only reason a lot of body builders go deep and do larger doses is to build scar tissue under the muscle so you get almost synthol results.
That's exactly what I do. It's so easy. Takes 2 seconds. That's my morning routine.

No Only delts. I do it every morning. Just dose all my stuff out for the week and divide it up over 7 days to the weekly dose I need. I feel like a steady stream is better than taking big doses at one time. I would walk around with an IV drip if I could.
I do the same with 29ga, 1/2slin pin 50mg test p q daily, alt deltoids, i back load the slin pin works well.
