ZandaSmart man. I do something very similar. I never do chest on Monday etc - it actually makes for a less frustrating experience.
right. i did it for years and years getting pissed people on cell phones bullshitting taking 40 mins to do 3 sets i said fuck it and bumped everything back a day now i go in sunday everyone is on legs im on chest in and out so on so forth
