Does anyone get pip in just their glutes? It's weird because I don't get it in my shoulders or quads.
maybe its me, but id rather pin 4cc in my glute then 1 cc in my delt.
Maybe it is because the glutes are hard to reach/see and you wiggle the needle more when you pin them?
Yeah I do notice I have a hard time keeping a steady hand pinning glutes.

BendTheBarbellYep. For sure. I try taking a warm shower and massaging after glute pins.
I have tried the hot shower after pinning did not help that much if any.
Have you ever tried hearing the oils for a little bit by either draping a cloth over a lamp shade and letting the vials sit on top of the cloth until they're hot or running hot water over your syringe after the oils are in it. Also try pushing the oils in your glute very slowly and taking your time so the oils have time to disperse through out your muscle rather that creating an oil knot under your muscle
Have never tried that only time I've heated anything is some crashed test c I had but I'll give it a shot and I don't think I'm injecting to fast I'm using a 25g pin seems to take forever.
Lol yeah a 25g must take forever. Ok so when your heating it don't heat it as it your heating crashed gear, just heat it to a little over body temp, Just enough so that when the oil is going into your muscle it has an easier time dispersing through out your body because it's already hot as or a little hotter than what your body is. That always helped my pip. Also try your best to keep the needle stead
I heat both crashed gear and noncrashed gear the same, heating pad.
