Give it a few weeks on that bicep, make sure you follow the injection prep protocol and possibly find some oil or another product to delute the fast acting prop. Raws testosterone products are the strongest I've ever ran honestly. So that prop "I've never ran his" is prolly got a bite to it. Delute it if possible.

I've gotten one infection from a shoulder shot before and took amoxicillin for it. You can get fish-mox which is amoxicillin that is meant for fish (easy to buy online). It cleared up the infection and was much cheaper than a Dr visit.
In order to see if the area was getting worse, I traced the outside of the redness with a pen. That allowed me to see that it was continuing to get bigger and expand past the pen trace. Once that happened, I took the antibiotics.
Everyone else had great answers too. I've had ones before that will just turn red but when they get hot to the touch and puffy, that tends to be an infection. Hope this helps man!

For me ...Im A Pharmacist. .. So I have access to Amoxicillian. .which I pop for a few days and all is good.....
If u are injecting in to a small muscle..
...ie. ..Biceps. ..cause the muscle is closer to the skin .. U have to clean the area Real Good..
Due to easy access for Bacteria. ..
Unlike qlutes and quads.....
So always keep some antibiotics in the cabinet. ......

Look up injection sites for your outer thigh, yes it's not great going in but the post injection pain I have none. I do outer thigh, delts, glutes and quads that's 8 sites so I keep a record so by the time I get back to injection site 1 it's about 2-1/2 weeks. My quads have the worst post injection pain no matter what the product is.

BlekerstYeah bro I've had a cpl bad abses's that I had to have surgically opened and drained n was layed up for ovr 4 months cause of it n 4 diff surgery's , was not fun and having it packed everyday literally worst pain ever and I always clean the area well, and always use NEW pins . to answer your question, don't panic just yet cause sometimes it cld be the angle of the needle, cld be the amount of solvant in the gear thts causing the pain, it happens just keep your eye on it n if it starts hurting worse or u see the area of redness expanding with it being very warm to the touch its probably infected n thts NOT a good thing and it will start to accumulate fluid inside. If by the 4-5 the day it hasn't improved Then I wld go to the doctor, but my guess is it will go away as the days go by usually by day 4 its much bttr than it was day 2, what I find helpful is always warm your oils before injecting, goes is smooth and when u inject bro push very very slow allowing the oil to just creep into the muscle like 1 cc per minute, u injecting 2cc's take 2 minutes veryyyyyy slow when pushing . but u shld be fine , just keep an eye out for 1) the pain getting worse, 2) the redness around the area getting bigger and 3) it being warm to the touch thts a sign of infection. Thank you so much man. Very helpful and informative. I put almost a whole cc in my bicep and I usually warm it and I did not. I inject every morning GH and test. In 2 separate injections with new pins but I don't usually clean site maybe half the time. Just took my morning shot in my delt today and all is good. But I will definitely keep an eye on this thanks again

It's got a horrible bite to it and the product likes to stick to the bottom pretty bad so you have to shake it vigorously... I took some into the syringe and would blast it back into the areas it was stuck like I little pressure washer if ya will. Keep it in the fridge for the bite and once it's loose your gtg. Shit is potent so I really don't give a fuck about all that thou. A dose and your good for a few days.
