Most of us Domestics do not even need exp dates cuz we do not batch up years at a time, and if you are holding gear years at a time, well then that takes hoarder to a whole new level LOL

Just out of curiosity, does gear actually expire? I'm running your NPP right now but I have an old bottle from a different source and it's about 5 years old. Would it be ok to still use?

One of many articles i found about drug exp dates.
Expiration dates on medications are given to indicate that the manufacturer guarantees potency and efficacy up until that time. With compounds like Test the carrier oils may break down and the hormone itself may lose potency. But I just found a study that stated most medications, like up to 90% of the ones out there, are good for a decade or more. Meds like insulin and liquid antibiotics shouldn't be used past the exp date. Meds like Test should be fine for years as long as it's stored properly and sealed in original vials. If when injecting you find that it hurts, I'd Def stop and toss it. As far as the breakdown rate, who knows. UV light probably speeds up the breakdown process but I'm assuming you had it stored in a drawer somewhere at room temp.
Years back I had a bottle of a high concentration test when it was first coming out and it actually solidified and looked like a piece of rock candy in the bottle, which I tossed.

Alright fellows I need yalls help. I want to add NAP to this cycle. It will be my first time running it and I decided to go with it over Deca. If I run my test at 500mgs wkly what should I run the NAP at. I haven't decided on how long I want to run this cycle yet but it will be no less than 16wks. I have caber in case I run across any sides. Thanks for the help fellows. Im ready to run the RP4U EXPRESS.

The test at 500 mgs is fine. I run the NPP at 800/ wk but that may be a little high for some people. I'd recommend doing at least 400-600/wk.
It doesn't make much sense to use NPP over deca if you're going at least 16 weeks. Longer cycles is where deca really shines
I guess from all that I have read that the 2 were pretty close to the same other than NPP having less harsh sides and faster to clear out if my body didn't agree with it.
sure you may get less sides from NPP but that's a LOT of pinning for someone with minimal experience - hell 16wks short ester is a lot of pinning for someone WITH experience LOL..
IMO run deca at 250/300 which should be plenty to give you some joint relief for heavier lifts but not enough to bloat you or mess with BP and let diet and training lead the way to success ;)

Thanks bro, no I don't tend to like pinning that much but at the same time willing to do what it takes. I just want to get the most out of this cycle as possible. I like the benefits that Deca brings. I have caber and I BOP meds as well in case anything comes up. If yall think ill Bo better with the Deca then that's what ill go with then. It seems strange to mix a long ester with a short ester like that but if you don't mind a lot more jabbing then do it up. I don't like to suggest doses, but generally 100 mgs eod seems to be the accepted starting point.
