Actually have not really had an issues with scar tissue. My body is like a friggin' anatomy chart. I move clockwise from the right glute first, then left. Moving on to the right thigh, then left. Next, we shoot the shoulders, right, then left. Return to right glute, and start all over.

I made the mistake of using the 18 ga needles that the susty prejects came with, like driving a nail in your arse.

If you have a nice strong thumb, somewhere in that neighborhood. Not that I'd make a habit of it. Blowing oil through the needle is like chugging coffee in the morning. Taking it slow and savoring it is part of the enjoyment of my morning ritual.
