Hey asking the forum for a little advice- I've been a long time poster and some might recall I have some neurological problems . The other night I had a bad seizure and dislocated both shoulders during it. Needless to say, there was a short hospital stay and I left with a couple slings.
I've been cruising on low dose test and a little mast e. I had been planning to blast before this occurred. What if any additions could I add to help heal up quicker? I believe EQ helped with my last dislocation but it could have been the rehab. Would GH be the best route? Thanks
Dude, you realize that ligaments, once stretched, you can't just take test or any other compound to make them regenerate and strengthen back up. Once you stretch a ligament, it ain't going back. You become, as you have found out, easily susceptible to dislocations. I once, while I was a strength and conditioning coach for a D1 BB program, watched a guy in practice doing a defense drill, raise and swing his arm and POP! His shoulder dislocated. It was also about his third dislocation. The ONLY way you are going to fix a chronic issue like this is going to an orthopedic doctor and having him assess the stability of the shoulder. More than likely, if it has dislocated a few times, you will need surgery, not roids, to repair and strengthen the ligaments. Go to a doctor not a forum for "Bro science". Just my opinion.
Look in to tb500 and bpc157 both have helped me recover from multiple injuries also deca helps more than EQ in my experience if you want faster acting look at npp same relief as deca just a whole lot quicker
