A female hormone panal from Private MD Labs. It will breakdown evwrything for like 69 bucks. They will ask what lab, tri-core, etc. (Pick a common one in your town, they will have a list) and just have your doc ok it and sign it. Pick the LH/FSH and it will show your Estroidal which is important, you know...Easy to deal with and cheap bro.

I’ve been running the test c at trt dose for years and in 3ml a week of npp and some anadrol twice a year for 4 weeks at clip and I’ve made enormous gains. Best source I’ve dealt with in multiple ways. Products top notch

I'd play it by ear. You're better off with a little extra estrogen than none at all. Look for sore nipples or water retention and if that comes about,I'd do .5 mg every 3rd day and see if that works.
Ur right on the dot. Youll know as you dry out. Give it 10 days or couple of weeks to really know. Dont do more than .5 e3d and im comfortable with a bit of fluid/water at .5 eod at around 600mg prop and enanthate. You will be surprises how far .5mg will go.
Blood work dude.....only blood work will really give you the information you need. I take it you have not done any? Have any Baseline numbers?

Female hormone panel. Personally, i feel much better with my estro higher than normal (I wont run an Ai on 250 mg of Test per week) I was wondering same thing for a long time. Rule of thumb is .5 e3d or eod at most for <500 mg. You dont want to crash your estro. It will dry you out and suck you up like no other amongst other symptoms. Run that .5 e3d and give it some time. Im dealing with the exact right now as i write this. Youll at least be guaranteed at a reasonable safe dose of AI at .5 e3d but u will more than likely be good at .5 eod; everybody is different. Adex is strong and then depending on the carrier could be overdosed or even underdosed so just play with it. You would have to run a couple panals to dial it in correctly.
Start out with 1 MG twice weekly. Then adjust only if needed.
And then that is similar to .5 eod. For 750 mgs of average Testosterone, sounds about right. That adex will suck it all up quick if not carefull.
That's too much it will crash his estro unless he's also doing dbol or something else the aromatizes easily.i would start at .5 twice a week.That's if it's pharma.
I rather have a limp dick that I can fix with cialis than man titties that need fixed with surgery.
After 4 weeks....draw bloods and see what needs adjusted.
Low estrogen symptoms > High estrogen symptoms
Limp dick,arthritis,no gains,heart disease crashed estro has many adverse reactions.Most guys I know go as high as 500 mg a week and never use AI at all.Better to start slow and use what you need,determined by blood work.
