I've even heard of some dudes frontloading slin pins & going that way. I don't know how that's done, but would venture a guess there'd be even less pip. I use to dread my pinnings but now I'm back to being just as excited as when my shipment first arrived, my legs aren't tight and they're pain free for the first time in weeks. now that I'm going to be back to training like normal... stand fucking by! :-)
Try using a 25g to pin with. It should feel better than 22g. I had no problem pinning there test e through a 25g. Flows real easily when heated.

Is it me or did the price of test prop went up???
I think it went up by $2 because the price of the raw materials have increased, including the BA, BB and raw powders. We don't have a lot of control over that, but we are still quite competitively priced.
Buying in bulk will eliminate any price increase most often.
