RustyhookerThis morning with empty stomach i wrighed in 8lbs heavier. No signs of water retention/bloat. Kodiak mast is keeping me dry and full. Pumps are big and feel great! Legs this morning and went full tilt. Tomorrow may suck a lil....lol. Cardio late tonight.

Oh yeah!! 1st ride we went on and again before leaving. Btw for those of you who are tall (I'd say 6'1" or over since I'm 6'3") do NOT go on the Demon! Awesome ride, but the harness that comes down over rams your shoulders down so hard it feeels like its compressing your spine, and thats with as much slouching as I could. Have a hicky type bruise on my shoulder from it lol. Otherwise a great a ride
